The Talanes Men's Golf Polo Shirt is comfortable. I ordered the dark blue versions. Rich and vibrant colors. The fit is very good. There is enough stretch in the 100% polyester fabric that the shirt stays comfortable as you move.I love that there is a built in UPF 50+ protection so the shirt actually helps you on sunny days. The shirt is light and strong. The fabric is able to wick moisture from your skin and then quickly dry.Easy care. The product description says 'machine wash' for care instructions. The tag in the shirt indicates that you should wash on cold water, and you can also tumble dry with low temperature. As with any polyester fabric you need to be careful with heat. This is a nice, comfortable shirt. Great for any informal wear. Price is reasonable for this quality of shirt.
This men’s golf polo shirt is bargain-priced. I wore it on a hot day, and its side vents and moisture-wicking material helped. Every slight breeze felt like air conditioning, and it’s so flexible everywhere that if you’re swinging a golf club or throwing fishing lures, this shirt works with your body. It does not fight it.I went with the light blue, and it is stunning. The color jumps out at you, and the narrow white stripe on the collar and sleeves really gives this shirt the stylish look of one costing 3 to 4 times more, with one of those fancy logos on it, if you know what I mean.It has the three buttons, but I always leave the top button open; sometimes the top two. The material, which is 100% polyester, feels like cotton, but is extremely comfortable. It says to machine wash only, but I’m lazy, and I throw all my clothing in the washing machine. Guess what? It still looks brand new out of the washer and dryer. I didn’t notice any shrinkage, which is due to the polyester material. All the stitching on this shirt is well done, very tightly sewn, with perfectly spaced threading throughout; I didn’t notice a single loose thread. I mean this shirt reeks of quality.Overall, I’m very happy, and I know you will be too when you get your hands on one of these.I ordered my normal size, which is XXL, and this shirt was exactly spot on XXL, so no need to worry about ordering a size up or down. Go ahead and order your True size.
Before this one ever made it out the door, it got the real test: arms up, shoulders rolled, a full twist through the torso to see how the side vents behaved under an actual swing motion rather than just standing still in front of a mirror. It moved the way a golf shirt is supposed to move - no pulling across the shoulders, no riding up at the hem, the fabric just went along with it.The material is a 100% polyester hex pique, and the texture is doing real work rather than just sitting there for looks - moisture-wicking that actually pulls sweat off the skin instead of trapping it, which matters more than people expect once the temperature climbs. The 4 cm side vents open right where a swing needs the extra give, and the contrast rib collar and cuffs add a clean detail that keeps the shirt looking sharp rather than plain. UPF 50+ is baked in too, worth having for anyone spending hours outside without thinking twice about sunscreen reapplication.Ordered a medium and it came through true to size - a regular fit with real room through the shoulders and chest rather than something cut slim and restrictive, so it layers fine over an undershirt if that's the preference without feeling tight anywhere that matters for a full range of motion.Talanes isn't a name that shows up on pro shop shelves yet, but the construction doesn't read like a budget alternative. The stitching is tight and even throughout, the three-button placket sits flat, and the color held its shade through the whole shoot without looking washed out or plasticky the way some cheaper polyester blends do. I really like the shade of blue, too.Bottom line: built to move through an actual golf swing, not just look good standing still, and it delivers on both.
Decent style—black with white highlights. Nothing fancy, but it looks good with jeans. The shirt hangs well on my body, which is important to me. I don't like shirts that bunch up or flare out, exaggerating the stomach area. I also like that the sleeves aren't overly wide; the cuffs hug my biceps, which is a good look if you're fit.The neck opening is a bit larger than on the average large-sized polo shirt. That's a plus for someone with a larger neck, but it's not so large that it becomes a problem—I leave the collar open on my polo shirts anyway. The material is 100% polyester. I wouldn't call it soft, and I wouldn't call it rough. It feels entirely neutral against the skin.Overall, this is a very nice polo shirt at a budget-friendly price.
This golf polo shirt is made of comfortable and moisture wicking polyester, and with side vents it is great for golf and other mild sports, and I like the contrast color on the collar and sleeves. The size fitted well. However, the dark blue shirt I got was darker than the picture. Otherwise, it is a nice shirt and I will still keep it. Just beware that the color may not be exact.
